I conduct virtual sessions for clients in Illinois and Oregon using a HIPPA compliant online platform for mental health practitioners.

Counseling sessions are 50 minutes long.

I am licensed in Illinois and Oregon and support clients Monday through Friday 8a-5p,  Pacific Time.

I am in network with:

Illinois: BCBS PPO, Aetna, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health.

Oregon: Regence BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, Quest Behavioral Health

If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, then I can provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.
